Continuous Learning:

Newfield Network: Completed 14 months of Ontological Coaching Programs. Through use of the model of the ‘observer in action’, the client examines not only what they do, but how their way of being influences their actions. They examine their unique and unquestioned view of the world in ways that allow them to access other options to successfully produce the results they seek. Check out Ontological Coaching and Conversation Toolkits.

Leveraging the Non-Verbal: Participated in the 3-day program which addresses the “Non-Verbal Dimension of Mood, Movement, Mindset and Presence”. One body posture allows for certain actions and not for others. A shift in body movement can affect moods and emotions which in turn affect mindset and improve performance. These shifts are transformative in presenting, influencing, and leading.

Myers-Briggs conferences (APT, Type Resources, Convergence Conferences), and BAAPT programs. She is past President of BAAPT.

Institute of Cultural Affairs. Attended a 16 day leadership experience.

Gender Differences program: Attended the week long program delivered by Aaron Kipnis & Elizabeth Herron, authors of Gender War, Gender Peace. The program shed light on the inherent differences in a way that created bridges not walls. It’s not as simple as Mars/Venus dichotomy.
