HOW IT WORKS
The Method's Body-Led Somatic Movement
Somatic movement is a gentle, body-led practice that helps you reconnect with your internal experience rather than focusing on external form or “doing it right.” It uses slow, intentional movements, breath, and awareness to release tension, unwind stored emotions, and retrain the nervous system to feel safe and grounded.
- Body:Â somatic release and breathwork that helps a room physically exhale.
- Brain:Â releasing the stories we've attached ourselves to, so the mind stops looping on what already happened.
- Behavior:Â new patterns that stick, so the shift outlasts the room.
